Due to the COVID-19 situation, all remaining March 2020 in-person module training classes have been canceled. The only location exception is the class in Singapore, which will continue as scheduled.
If you are a current student or guest impacted by this cancellation, the iPEC team is currently working on arrangements to automatically enroll you in a future virtual session. Please check your inbox for this message. If you have a conflict with your newly assigned virtual date, you will have the option to change it later.
We will continue to monitor the situation and communicate any impact to future in-person training dates.

These are unprecedented times. We believe that now, more than ever, there is a need for coaches in the world. During this fast-changing and uncertain time, we are seeing the iPEC Coach Community rise up and approach this unknown with compassion, understanding, and curiosity. Our hearts go out to all those who have been impacted in any way by this pandemic, and we will continue to respond and navigate the situation together as gracefully and swiftly as we are able.
We are committed to delivering our coach training program as scheduled in accordance with our standard terms and procedures. We will comply with all international, national, state, and local guidelines. We will also provide the same power of choice and flexibility for current students to adjust their training schedule and/or locations as it works best for them.
The safety and well-being of our iPEC Coach Community, students, and family, all around the world, is of our utmost concern. We are closely monitoring the status of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and will continue to share updates regarding what we learn from our host hotels and training facilities as well as state, federal, and international agencies.
Across the globe, we have steady training facility partners and relationships with which we’re in close contact. We have been in communication with all of these partners and can provide the following information regarding their updated public health policies at their properties:

Training Location Statuses
Below is the current status of all locations for our in-person training modules in the immediate future. All future modules not listed will continue as scheduled, unless otherwise updated and noted below.
Please note, we are in contact with all our training location partners on a regular basis and also monitoring the situation with state, federal, and international agencies. Any location changes due to the COVID-19 situation will be updated here and enrolled students affected by the change will be notified either by email, phone call, and/or text message.

In-Person Attendance Guidelines
The entire iPEC team and community acknowledges this is a serious situation. We also appreciate that while the risk is low for most people, it is higher for others. We encourage you to use the guidance of the World Health Organization, your healthcare provider, your national public health authority, or your employer for situation updates, guidelines, and recommendations.
We encourage you to keep your health as your top priority and ask you to take the CDC’s suggestions regarding isolation and social distancing in your area before traveling to or attending an in-person module.
If you are an iPEC Student unable to travel to a scheduled class/module training due to any of these circumstances, please consider updating your training location to one of our virtual training options. You may also defer your training to a different date/location.
We will announce any cancellations to in-person training locations through email, text, and/or phone call to affected students and guests. If your in-person training location is cancelled, we will automatically enroll you in a future virtual session via email from Student Support. If you have a conflict with your newly assigned virtual date, you will have the option to change it later.

Virtual Training Option
If you are a student and have unique circumstances, especially pertaining to the current COVID-19 situation, and cannot attend your in-person module training, you now have the option to choose a virtual location! Plus, just like our other training locations, you can choose any combination of virtual and/or in-person for all three of your modules.

If you are ready to move forward with choosing a virtual training location (even if your mod is coming up this weekend), please use the Module Update Request form found under the “Adjusting Location and Dates Within Your Class” section on the Training Locations page in the Hub. The Student Support team is standing by to process your requests and is also available for any other program support you need.
Feeling unsure about which option you need to choose? Remember, your Admissions Coach is always available to provide you with coaching and a space for you to uncover what will work best for YOU! However, if your class is not starting right away, we ask you to please wait until next week to reach out to the Admissions Team so we may first help your classmates attending mods this weekend with their pressing deadlines.
