Due to the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) social distancing recommendations and state-to-state guideline considerations, the physical training locations for August and September 2020 are still under review and no changes have been made.
As a reminder, if any physical training locations must be cancelled due to the pandemic, students will automatically be moved into a virtual training location to save their seat. The Student Support team will contact any affected students one month prior to the training so there is adequate time to make adjustments if needed.
We will continue to monitor the situation and communicate any updates. Our next announcement for changes to physical module training locations will be posted on Monday, August 3rd.

Student Support Requests
For those who are waiting on assistance from the Student Support team, we ask for your continued patience as we prioritize and respond to the overwhelming amount of help requests. Please know that your request has been received and do not submit multiple tickets or emails to Student Support, as this creates confusion and can actually lengthen the queue for yourself and others needing service assistance.

Q. What Happens if my Physical Mod Classroom is Cancelled?
If your physical classroom location must be cancelled due to the pandemic, please note the following:
—The physical classroom location will be moved to a live virtual classroom. Every student who was previously assigned in that classroom will automatically be assigned to a live virtual classroom so that we may save your seat in the class.
—Once you are assigned to a live virtual classroom and your seat is saved, you will then have three options to choose from:

Q. When will I know when the next physical mod classroom will be available?
We will be making announcements on the first of each month on this page. Should you choose to wait to attend a physical classroom, and see it announced on the top of this page, navigate to the Coach Training Program > Training Locations page in the Hub and fill out the Module Update Request form to request your desired location and date. You may also check the current status of locations for our training modules on the iPEC website: https://www.ipeccoaching.com/coaching-schedule-and-locations.
Q. Will my other “mod mates” be moved to the same virtual classroom with me?
You might be placed in a class outside of your local time zone and/or combined with another iPEC cohort. If you are in a combined class, this gives you the unique opportunity to experience an expanded iPEC network where you will meet and interact closely with another classroom of like-minded iPEC coaches.
Q. The tuition I paid was for three physical/in-person modules, do I get a refund?
No refunds will be distributed. In reality, it actually costs more to put on a virtual training than it does to hold a physical location training! The great thing is that iPEC has chosen not to pass along these added expenses to you.

We are committed to delivering our coach training program as scheduled in accordance with our standard terms and procedures. We will comply with all international, national, state, and local guidelines. We will also provide the same power of choice and flexibility for current students to adjust their training schedule and/or locations as it works best for them.

Please note, we are in contact with all our training location partners on a regular basis and also monitoring the situation with state, federal, and international agencies. Any location changes due to COVID-19 will be updated on the iPEC website and enrolled students affected by the change will be notified either by email, phone call, and/or text message one month prior to the month your training was originally scheduled.
