Watch the Mastering the Debrief Webinar
You'll learn:
- Tips on how to prepare and deliver a high impact debrief
A deeper dive into energy interplay - How to adapt the debrief to fit your style
- Common challenges that may come up and how to overcome them like a pro

Conduct 5 Debrief Sessions as a Coach
As you begin to deliver your debriefs:
- If you aren't sure who to reach out to, we recommend posting your request in the iPEC Coach Community Facebook Group to complete this requirement—you'll quickly have five volunteers! If you aren’t on Facebook, email us for alternative solutions to finding five volunteers: energyleadership@ipeccoaching.com
- The debrief script is simply a guide to help you determine what works for your style and what doesn't, as well as practice to become well-versed in the ELI (repetition is the key to mastery!)
- Once you complete the certification, you can adapt the delivery of the assessment debrief to your style (Note: for your certification, it’s important to stick to the script.)
